Still, the only instance he's ever called "Overlad" is that picture in the manual (unless I missed something, but that seems unlikely).

There's also no indication of him being the previous Overlord's son (I've played it only for ~5 hours though, so maybe this is revealed later on?) I was going to rewrite the bit myself, but couldn't figure out how to preserve the info from Raising Hell which seems interesting enough. Humans (including the first mistress you encounter) usually call him Witch-boy, even when he's adult, with the minions calling him Overlord and Master. The protagonist is referred only as Witch-boy besides (Evil) Overlord and Master.
